This amp is incredibly loud for 10 watts Ive used it unmiked in full rock band rehearsal situations and a couple of blues gigs in fairly roomy nightclubs, and the amp kept up just fine. For some reason, I decided to sell it because it was too loud to play at home (since then, I cry everyday every time I think about the blue Alnico sound. POWER AND VOLUME: The amp has 2 12AX7s in the preamp and 2 EL84s for output - so, basically your classic Vox configuration.
